DESCRIPTION:Ascension Day is one of the great feast on the Church Calendar.
  The Son of God came to earth in humility\, taking on flesh\, died for our
  sins on the cross and rose again! That is a a beautiful story\, but it is
  not the whole story. After 40 days on earth in His glorified body\, He as
 cended back to heaven\, to the Father's right hand where He now reigns in 
 glory power\, and intercedes for us.\n\nJoin us for a service of Evening P
 rayer with Communion.\n\nThe Collect and Lessons:\nGRANT\, we beseech thee
 \, Almighty God\, that like as we do believe thy only-begotten Son our Lor
