 hen today’s culture looks at early Christianity\, they see a Darwinian s
 urvival of the fittest competition where the powerful decide what is true 
 and the weak get labeled heretics. Some Christians look at early Christian
 ity and see a nostalgic dream of unity where there were no denominations\,
  and everyone thought and acted the same. This session will explore themes
  of unity and diversity within the earliest Christianity considering quest
 ions such as: Is theological diversity a sign of sin? Does orthodoxy requi
 re uniformity? Does diversity mean that every theological position equally
  valid?\n\n&nbsp\;
