In Matthew 5:20-26, Jesus states that the 6th Commandments, "You Shall Not Murder," is about the human heart. If I have a heart that hates, then I will be angry and curse others, and be guilty of breaking the commandment. This is the same kind of heart which produces murder. Our hope is in the Jesus, who perfectly fulfilled the Law, and gives a new heart to all that come to Him.
