As Paul continues to urge the Romans to unity within the church, he turns to God’s purpose for bringing us together. All that God does is done for His glory, and this includes His revelation of Himself to us and His reconciliation of us to Him. He has given us instruction through the Scriptures that we may be encouraged and and have a sure hope. This hope is given to us that we might join together with all the redeemed and glorify God together with one voice. God has saved us that we might worship Him and glorify Him, so let us join together as God’s people and praise Him for His majesty.
